The developer of Icon Bay released preliminary floor plans for all the penthouse units. 
There will be four floors of penthouses at Icon Bay. The penthouse floors will be the 40th, 41st, 42nd and 43rd floor. And there will be four penthouse units on each one of these floors.

According to these preliminary Icon Bay penthouse floor plans, PH 01 will have 2500 square feet with 3 bedrooms plus service room and 4 full bathrooms. It also has two terraces, one with 275 square feet and a second one with 71 square feet.

Icon Bay Penthouse 02 will have 2350 square feet with 4 bedrooms plus service room and 4 full bathrooms. It also has a small den. The balcony has 324 square feet.
